Lead iOS Developer

Responsibilities

• Prioritize customer needs and app performance while developing excellent features
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement functional and user-focused design concepts
• Work with back-end developers to design and optimize remote APIs for smooth integration
• Use user feedback and reviews to identify opportunities for app improvement
• Contribute to the software development lifecycle with a focus on best practices
• Guide architectural design and workflows to ensure scalability and maintainability
• Perform detailed code reviews to uphold high-quality development standards
• Solve complex technical challenges through innovation and troubleshooting strategies
• Provide technical knowledge to teammates for collective growth and learning
• Support agile development principles in planning and iterative workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing iOS apps successfully released on the App Store
• Proficiency in SwiftUI with advanced implementation techniques
• Background in MVP and MVVM patterns as well as other object-oriented principles
• Skills in writing readable, efficient, and well-architected code
• Knowledge of version control tools for effective collaborative development
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for team efficiency and process management
• Understanding of mobile SDKs and remote APIs for optimized client-server communication
• Competency in conducting high-quality code reviews with attention to detail
• Capability to make sound decisions during the development process
• Exceptional communication skills to foster team collaboration and explain technical details

• Proficiency in The Composable Architecture (TCA)
• Expertise in applying Swift Concurrency techniques
• Background in utilizing CoreData for robust data management
