This is an exciting internship opportunity for you to light the way as a HR Intern in Argentina with Signify.

• Administrative Support: Assist with updating employee records, maintaining databases, and processing paperwork related to HR functions.
• Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, assist with employee satisfaction initiatives, and help resolve minor conflicts or issues.
• Data Management: Collect and analyze HR data, prepare reports on employee turnover, performance evaluations, and benefits utilization.
• Event Coordination: Support the organization of company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
