You will lead database consulting and optimize strategic decisions through precise data insights.

• You are proficient in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Data integration, Analytics.
• You have +2 years experience in Reporting analysis, Data analysis.

Responsibilities and more:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SQL Database Administrator to join our team as a Principal Consultant. This fully client-facing role requires technical excellence, leadership in database consulting, and strong communication skills. You will begin by supporting a few existing clients and gradually expand to manage up to five client environments.

Responsibilities

* Report development: design, create, and maintain complex reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other tools as needed.

* Data analysis: analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.

* Data integration: gather and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

* Process improvement: streamline reporting processes and workflows for efficiency and scalability.

* Collaboration: partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions.

* Data validation: ensure data quality and integrity by conducting regular audits and validations.

* Training and support: train end-users on how to interpret reports and utilize reporting tools effectively.

Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

* 2+ years of experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.

* Proven expertise in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.

* Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including building interactive dashboards and managing data models.

* Knowledge in SQL or other query languages is a plus.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

* Ability to think critically and take action without direction.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
