Lead DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and lead the development of robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure, AWS, containerization, and infrastructure automation. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, performance, and security across multi-region deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS
• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient systems using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Configure and manage networking, VMs, and databases to support application workloads
• Ensure high availability through multi-region and multi-AZ deployments
• Implement cloud security controls and compliance measures
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize CI/CD workflows
• Document infrastructure architecture and operational procedures

Must Haves:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services
• Proficiency in AWS cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on expertise with Docker containerization
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes orchestration
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Solid grasp of networking fundamentals and virtual machine (VM) management
• Experience with database administration and integration
• Knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices
• Ability to design and implement scalable and resilient systems
• Experience with multi-region and multi-AZ deployments

Plusses:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• Exposure to cost optimization strategies in cloud environments
• Background in performance tuning and capacity planning
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
