Cybersecurity Project Manager

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to support the operational implementation of our client's cybersecurity roadmap. In this role, you will work closely with technical teams to coordinate, plan, and prioritize security initiatives that contribute to NIS2 compliance and enhance the overall security posture of the organization.

Success in this position requires both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. Your ability to communicate effectively, engage diverse stakeholders, and foster collaboration will be key to driving progress across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Translate the cybersecurity roadmap into actionable plans for CDS and Infrastructure teams.
• Coordinate the implementation of security measures including hardening, patching, monitoring, IAM, and vulnerability management.
• Integrate security priorities into ongoing projects and system maintenance activities.
• Identify resource and skill gaps, and propose solutions such as training, staffing, or team creation.
• Serve as the operational security point of contact.
• Deliver execution schedules, progress reports, and operational security dashboards.
• Support NIS2 certification efforts by documenting technical implementations and bridging strategy with execution.

Cybersecurity Project Manager Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, with experience in technical project management and/or cybersecurity.
• Solid understanding of operational IT environments (systems, networks, identities, endpoints, cloud, monitoring).
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, risk management, and the NIS2 framework.
• Proven ability to plan and coordinate cross-functional actions in complex environments.
• Excellent command of French (spoken and written) is required.
