Job Title: AI Data Scientist

Location: Brussels (Hybrid)

Contract: 24 months (extension possible)

Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for an experienced AI Data Scientist with strong Generative AI expertise to join a dynamic environment where you will design and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions with real business impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement high-impact Generative AI use cases across the business
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions using structured and unstructured data
• Monitor and optimise AI/GenAI models (accuracy, drift, performance)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on data-related challenges
• Contribute to the development of GenAI best practices and frameworks

Requirements

• 5–8 years experience in Data Science, ideally in a business setting
• Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
• Proven experience with Machine Learning & Generative AI (LLMs, fine-tuning, deployment)
• Expertise with Azure AI / Azure ML / Databricks / Azure OpenAI
• Familiarity with LLM tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Promptflow, Semantic Kernel, Autogen
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Weights & Biases, GitHub workflows
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate with stakeholders
• Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, etc.)
• Good working knowledge of English, plus French and/or Dutch
