About The Project (description, Duration, Stage)

Project: Execute Neurons Lab's ABM strategy for Financial Services enterprises while maximizing conversion from our AWS partnership channels. This role focuses on quality over quantity - deeply researching target accounts, crafting hyper-personalized outreach, and nurturing warm leads from multiple sources.

You'll work with pre-qualified leads from:

  • Strategic ABM campaigns targeting Fortune 2000 FSI companies
  • AWS Portal and AWS Marketplace inquiries
  • Industry roundtables and events
  • Website inbound (FSI executives researching AI solutions)
  • Partner referrals

Duration: Permanent with quarterly OKR reviews

Stage: Strategic growth phase with established AWS partnership

Objective

Supporting Q4 2025 Business Development OKRs:

  • Book meetings with FSI executives
  • Contribute to FSI MQLs target
  • Improve Contacted-to-MQL conversion rate

KPI

Realistic targets with ramp period:

  • X meetings/month with FSI decision-makers
  • Y MQLs/quarter from Financial Services
  • Z personalized outbound activities/week

Areas of Responsibility

  • ABM Campaign Execution: Research target accounts, creating detailed stakeholder maps and personalized messaging strategies
  • Inbound Excellence: Respond to AWS Marketplace, AWS Portal, and website leads within 2 hours with tailored value propositions
  • Event Follow-up: Nurture relationships from industry roundtables, AWS events, and partner introductions
  • Deep Personalization: Craft account-specific outreach referencing their annual reports, tech stack, regulatory challenges, and strategic initiatives
  • Multi-Threading: Identify and engage 3-5 stakeholders per target account (CFO, CTO, Chief Risk Officer, Head of Compliance)
  • Hubspot management: management of all leads and related workflows in CRM.

Skills

Required:

  • ABM methodology and account research excellence
  • Exceptional business writing with personalization skills
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex value propositions
  • Patience for longer, strategic sales cycles
  • Consultative conversation skills

Experience

  • 2-4 years B2B SDR/BDR experience with enterprise accounts ($100M+ revenue)
  • Proven success with ABM or strategic account approaches
  • Experience with quality-focused metrics (not just volume)
  • Track record of engaging C-suite and VP-level executives
  • Comfort with complex, consultative sales processes
  • Experience handling warm/inbound leads from multiple sources
