About The Role

We are looking for a highly driven and assertive Program Manager to join our Product department. This role is critical in ensuring that our quarterly planned epics are successfully delivered, on time, in scope, and with full cross-functional alignment. The Program Manager will own the end-to-end execution lifecycle of product initiatives, from inception through delivery, ensuring that every contributor is aligned, accountable, and progressing steadily toward shared goals.

Responsibilities

  • Epic Delivery Ownership:
    • Lead and drive the execution of product epics from planning to release, ensuring timely delivery in accordance with quarterly goals.
  • Cross-functional Leadership:
    • Serve as the central communication point between Product Managers, Designers, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and ownership across the board.
  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Organize and facilitate all required meetings: kickoff sessions, alignment check-ins, backlog grooming, and delivery status updates.
    • Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Blocker Resolution:
    • Detect and resolve project bottlenecks proactively by escalating issues or coordinating solutions among involved teams.
  • Delivery Accountability:
    • Continuously follow up and push all contributors to keep their commitments and maintain momentum, ensuring deliverables stay on track.
  • Progress Reporting:
    • Track and communicate status updates, roadblocks, and project health to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements

  • Proven track record in project/program management in a fast-paced, cross-functional tech or product organization.
  • Strong grasp of agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Experience working with product development teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and software engineers.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable being assertive when needed and holding others accountable.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and highly proactive.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech or a similarly regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Notion, Figma, and Slack.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile, or Scrum Master).
