Are you inspired by the opportunity to design a product that is used by millions every single day? A global consumer platform is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead UX strategy and design for its B2B facing product.

What You’ll Do:

🎨 Own the UX Vision: Define and articulate the long-term UX design strategy for our host management platform, balancing short-term wins with strategic evolution.

🔄 Design at Scale: Craft user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that work across a wide array of devices and feature scopes.

🔍 Lead with Insights: Establish and scale UX research efforts—qualitative and quantitative—to inform and validate design decisions.

🤝 Collaborate Seamlessly: Partner closely with product managers, developers, and support teams to deliver unified, intuitive, and inclusive user experiences.

🆙 Raise the Standard: Mentor other designers, foster design excellence, and contribute to the evolution of the design system and team practices.

The Team:

You'll become part of a dynamic product design group working in sync with engineering, product management, and support teams. It’s a collaborative, low-ego environment—ideas lift up quickly, ownership is encouraged, and the impact of your design is both immediate and far-reaching.

What They’re Looking For:

✅ 4+ years of UX or product design experience, especially with consumer-facing digital products

✅ Demonstrated ability to shape and scale design systems in growing settings

✅ Strong hands-on experience with UX research and leveraging data to drive design

✅ Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities with a focus on cultivating design culture

✅ A polished portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX product design, visual design strengths, and human-centric thinking

✅ Skilled in Figma or Sketch (or similar design tools)

✅ Proactive and thoughtful mindset, fluent in English—additional languages are a plus
