Technical Project Manager (IoT)
The ideal candidate will be a Technical Project Manager who is technically strong, with the necessary project management skills, experience delivering external client projects and is commercially aware.

About Your New Job:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IoT projects involving hardware, firmware, cloud platforms, and mobile/web applications
- Collaborate with external customer and internal cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, QA, Operations, external vendors
- Develop strong customer relations, provide clear status reports and manage and resolve any customer escalations
- Line management of staff including objectives, reviews
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies
- Manage project scope, budgets, milestones, and stakeholder expectations
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure security, scalability, and compliance best practices are embedded throughout the IoT solution lifecycle
What Skills You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience, with 2+ years focused on IoT or embedded systems projects
- Solid understanding of IoT architecture, including sensors, edge computing, embedded systems, communication protocols and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub)
- Understand the 4 core IoT components (devices, connectivity, IoT platforms, and applications)
- Experience working with external clients
- Understand data models and how they apply to all aspects of the IoT implementation
- Proven experience delivering projects using Agile and/or hybrid methodologies.
- Experience with mobile app development related to connected devices.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and data privacy in IoT systems.
