Barden are excited to partner with a key client based in Dublin as they search for an experienced Data Insights Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to join a team in its infancy where you can bring your ideas to life and have a meaningful impact on the Analytics landscape of this organisation. We are looking for someone with at least 5+ years experience in Data Analytics who is highly proficient working with PowerBI.

About this role:

• You will oversee the delivery of repeatable, scalable insight solutions across the group.
• Lead the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and tools that support day-to-day and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure insight delivery is timely, accurate, and aligned with business priorities.
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional analytics initiatives that support strategic priorities such as customer insight, pricing, and performance optimisation.
• Manage the full lifecycle of analytics projects—from scoping and stakeholder alignment to delivery and impact measurement.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior commercial stakeholders, translating business goals into analytical frameworks and dashboards.
• Lead the design and delivery of insight products that inform decision-making at all levels—from C- suite to operational leads.

About the person:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics
• Highly proficient in PowerBI
• Proven experience within a fast-paced environment
• Comprehensive understanding of data governance, KPI frameworks, and reporting best practices.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and to influence executive-level stakeholders.
