Tasks:

• Ensure BMS, engineering systems and equipment operational efficiency.
• Provide technical expert support by monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Implement and optimize preventative maintenance processes.
• Ensure operational safety processes in all property types, oversee safety check concept development.
• Participate in budget planning, look for ways to optimize costs.
• Provide support during negotiations with external service providers.
• Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration with departments - aligning and implementing projects in Baltics.

About you:

• University degree in Technical science or Engineering.
• At least 3 years professional experience in similar position. Expertise in cooling and freezing systems will be considered as an advantage.
• Electrical Safety Group C is preferred.
• Very good Latvian and English language skills.
• Team player with good communication and organizational skills.
• Good time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks in a busy, varied work environment.
• Readiness to promptly resolve facility issue requests in an on-call duty model.
• B-category driving license.
