Senior Reporting Officer (F/M)
Your mission:
Within our Data Management team, you will be involved in various projects and missions, such as:
- Oversee the production of key regulatory and marketing documents relating to alternative funds (BCL, CSSF, AIFMD reports)
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all reports, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Optimizing processes by monitoring and improving the use of reporting and production tools to increase efficiency and consistency
- Collaborating closely with IT and data teams to enhance our custom-built solutions, ensuring scalability and automation across reporting processes
- Contributing to innovation by bringing fresh ideas to improve the clarity, design, and effectiveness of investor communications
Your profile
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, in the investment funds industry - preferably in alternative funds
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and French. Ability to communicate with clarity and concision
- Excellent knowledge in Excel. VBA, Python and/or SQL skills are an asset
- Strong analytical skills and accuracy: ability to understand and analyse requests and propose durable solutions. In addition, high degree of rigor
- Result-oriented with a strong sense of commitment and a problem-solving attitude

Additional Requirements
