💼 Job Title: D365 F&O Project Manager (Contract)

Rate: €125-135 per hour (€ 900-1100 a day)

🧭 Role Overview

I'm seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong finance background to lead the delivery and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across multiple business units. This role will oversee planning, stakeholder engagement, and execution of D365 initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial processes and business goals.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end D365 F&O implementation and enhancement projects
• Collaborate with finance teams to align system capabilities with business needs
• Lead cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Drive change management, training, and user adoption
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices and governance standards
• Support integration of new entities and data feeds

📘 Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing D365 F&O (or AX2012) projects
• Strong understanding of finance operations and ERP workflows
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in hybrid delivery models and vendor coordination
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification preferred
