What you'll do

This is a pivotal role, responsible for shaping the company’s data vision and leading the strategy that powers analytics across the organisation. You’ll be leading and owning all topics surrounding data warehousing and analytics systems, ensuring the business is guided by clear, consistent metrics and actionable insights.

From developing self-service tooling and ETL pipelines, to working with product and top customers on advanced reporting, you’ll be central to enabling data-driven decision making at scale.

Who you are

• Strong proficiency with modern data stacks, including SQL, Python, and data visualisation tools (e.g. Omni, Tableau, Looker).
• Familiarity with tools such as BigQuery, Snowflake, DBT, Databricks or similar.
• Experience in data analytics and modelling, including curating and visualising business metrics.
• Minimum of 4 years in a similar role, covering data engineering, ingestion, and modelling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn business needs into technical solutions.
• Past team leadership experience with proven success managing business stakeholders.
