Backend Developer (Trading Bot/DEX Infra)

Our client provides infrastructure that transforms private communities into on-chain economies, offering token gating, staking pools, and new revenue streams. Their solution also powers a trading bot that turns Telegram groups into social trading hubs, allowing members to trade and share calls while group owners earn from every transaction and is recruiting a Backend Developer with hands-on experience in on-chain trading systems.

What you've built before (or can audit/refine):

• Routers and swap logic for DEXes
• Token launcher integrations (new pairs, liquidity hooks)
• Sniping / MEV-style execution logic
• Wallet management and multi-chain infra
  
  

Responsabilities:

• Build and optimize backend logic powering snipers and trading execution
• Audit existing infra and identify optimization verticals
• Ship features in weekly cycles under real trading conditions
• Collaborate tightly with FE, design, and product on fast iteration
  
  

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Solidity (smart contract development, deployment, and auditing)
• Proficiency in Rust (for cross-chain / non-EVM environments)
• Hands-on experience with DEX infrastructure (routers, swaps, liquidity pools)
• Proven ability to design, audit, and optimize on-chain trading systems
• Knowledge of MEV strategies (sniping, frontrunning, arbitrage) and execution logic
• Experience with wallet management and multi-chain infrastructure
• Solid understanding of Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains

• Familiarity with token launchers and liquidity provisioning hooks
• Experience working with real-time trading systems under production conditions
• Contributions to open-source blockchain/DeFi projects
