C# Frontend Developer

About the role

You will join our front-end team, a key part of the core application group, working on the development of an innovative cancer therapy software product. This groundbreaking project brings together multiple distributed components and complex workflows, offering a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in radiation oncology.

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Development of a frontend GUI desktop application for a cancer therapy software.
• Participating in code reviews, and overall teamwork.
• Documenting and thoroughly testing your work.
• Validating and verifying the work done by the other team members.

Required qualifications and skills

• Proficiency in C# with 3+ years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated competency in WPF (or similar desktop application framework) using the MVVM pattern.
• Good knowledge of software design, programming techniques, and computer science fundamentals.
• Familiarity with source control (Git), CI/CD, code analysis, and other modern programming practices.
• Developed communication skills and an open mind for discussion and team collaboration.

Education

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or other related technical disciplines.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, etc.).
• Knowledge of other programming languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
• Experience in concurrent and distributed systems.
• Understanding of functional programming.
