HR Assistant (Board Administration) | Geneva, Switzerland
A leading international organization is looking for an HR Assistant (Board Administration) to join its HR team in Geneva. This role supports recruitment, staff development, and retention processes aligned with strategic workforce goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes for temporary and fixed-term staff.
- Act as Secretary to Appointment Boards: coordinate panels, prepare documents, draft questions, record deliberations, ensure compliance.
- Respond to candidate queries and provide first-line recruitment support.
- Collaborate with HR teams and hiring managers to meet hiring objectives.
- Guide colleagues on recruitment procedures and support related tasks.
Profile:
- Secondary education (post-secondary HR training an asset).
- 3+ years’ experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of ERP/recruitment systems (PeopleSoft, Taleo preferred).
- Fluent English (C1); French is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and drafting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to HR digital tools.
Contract Details:
- 4-month contract (September 1 – December 31), possible renewal.
- Hourly rate: CHF 35.10.
