Human Resources Specialist

PuntoUP Professional Recruitment is hiring an HR Specialist for an international partner in the advertising industry. If you are detail-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about HR operations and recruitment, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

Main purpose of the job

Ensure smooth HR operations by managing administrative processes, supporting recruitment activities, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.

Job profile

• Support HR administration (employee documentation, payroll collaboration, records updates, timesheets, leave requests).
• Coordinate with external Health & Safety providers and manage occupational assessments.
• Organize periodic training sessions and employee engagement events.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to support recruitment needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes when required (screening, interviews, offers, onboarding).
• Provide consistent HR support to managers and employees.

Candidate profile

• 3+ years of proven experience in HR administration and recruitment.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
• Experience in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in HR or Occupational Health & Safety is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Event management or team-building experience is an advantage.
