About The Role

This new Digital Transformation program requires a Technical Lead to lead a team of React Native developers to build B2B and B2C mobile solutions conforming to UX & technical design and functional requirements. You will play a key role in front-end development and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for our users.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and build new features, maintain existing features.
  • Participate in discovery sessions and discussions related to technical design and functional requirements.
  • Ensure development of good quality, efficient code following coding standards and guidelines.
  • Manage development of unit-test code harness for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and conduct code reviews.
  • Ensure the use of code quality engineering tools like SonarQube and dynamic profilers for generating quality code.
  • Drive client discussions and meetings, and review effort estimates for new requirements, change requests, or defect fixes.

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in developing mobile apps using React Native
  • Understanding of communication between native components to React Native
  • Experience with React frameworks, Redux, Saga, and state management.
  • Working knowledge of Flow and Lint for code review/quality.
  • Experience in architecting and designing mobile apps integrated with enterprise systems/backend such as AEM, Salesforce, CMS, SAP, Oracle, MySQL, eCommerce systems, payment gateway, etc., as well as cloud-based middleware, databases, and web services.
  • Ability to debug and fix critical, gating, and production issues; assist the team during critical situations.
  • Good knowledge of architecture and design patterns like MVVM, MVP/MVC, VIPER, Clean, etc.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in planning, estimation, code reviews, and effective client interaction skills.
  • Familiarity with Android Design, Material Design Guidelines, and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
  • Knowledge of tools like Android Studio/Xcode and other app development tools.
  • Experience in Agile, iterative, and parallel development model is desirable.
  • Experience with DevOps, Dynamic profilers, and Code Review/Analyser tools like Jenkins, Bitrise, SonarQube, Lint, etc.
