Python Developer

 We are looking for a Python Developer! YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Software Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient Python applications for data processing and analysis.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.

Data Integration

  • Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to integrate data from various sources into applications.
  • Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data quality and accessibility.

API Development

  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate data access and integration with other systems.
  • Ensure APIs are secure, efficient, and well-documented for internal and external users.

Testing and Quality Assurance

  • Write unit tests and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Identify and fix bugs and performance issues in existing applications.

WHO YOU ARE:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Python development, with a strong understanding of Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django).
  • Experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
  • Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and experience with data modeling.
  • Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, and familiarity with CI/CD practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Cloud) and related services.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of data visualization tools and libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow) is a plus.
