DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team and help us build, scale, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation tools. The ideal candidate has a strong background in system administration, scripting, infrastructure as code (IaC), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

You will collaborate closely with developers, QA, and IT teams to ensure smooth deployment, high system availability, and security compliance across environments.

Key Responsibilities:

CI/CD & Automation:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes
• Integrate tools for code quality, security scanning, and monitoring

Infrastructure Management:

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) using IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
• Manage containers and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability

System Administration & Scripting:

• Administer Linux-based systems and automate tasks using Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Implement system updates, patches, and backups
• Troubleshoot issues across application, OS, and cloud layers

Security & Compliance:

• Enforce DevSecOps best practices and manage secrets securely (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, etc.)
• Ensure security in CI/CD pipelines and cloud resources
• Help with compliance and audit requirements (ISO, SOC 2, etc.)

Collaboration & Support:

• Work with development teams to ensure smooth releases and environment consistency
• Assist in incident response and post-mortem analysis
• Provide documentation and training to internal teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related role
• Experience with one or more cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.)
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools, IaC, containers, and monitoring solutions
• Familiarity with Git workflows, networking, and security best practices
