Qualifications:

• Preferably a graduate of a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or Management Information Systems.
• Knowledge of Technology Operations processes (preferably having worked on these teams).
• Preferably a basic knowledge of SQL Management, Mongo DB, Jira, Pycharm, and SAP applications.
• Preferably a familiarity with development processes or a desire to improve in this area.
• Preferably knowledge of Python.
• Preferably a familiarity with Zabbix monitoring.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Monitoring Support processes.
• Willingness to monitor the systems of Hepsiburada, Turkey's leading e-commerce company, 24/7 and work in a shift system.
• Possess problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Hepsiburada's technology systems and infrastructure 24/7 as part of service continuity.
• Operating Incident Management, Case Management, Alarm Management, and 24/7 Monitoring Support processes within the technology.
• Resolving cases submitted to the Technology Operations team via the ITSM Tool, and forwarding unresolved cases to L3 teams for follow-up.
• Monitoring alarms 24/7, taking defined actions, and quickly informing the solution teams.
• Sharing operational needs related to process improvements observed in managed operational processes with the solution teams and ensuring follow-up.
• Monitoring processes running at night, intervening immediately and providing solutions.
