Currently, we are looking for an Associate People Operations Specialist to strengthen our team. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and precision in completing tasks.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the Wroclaw office.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support in one of the core People Operations areas: Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, based on business needs
  • Resolve employee requests through a ticketing system, maintaining accurate and timely responses
  • Update and manage employee records within internal and external HR and payroll systems to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Ensure HR documentation and processes align with internal policies and legal standards
  • Generate reports and summaries in response to operational or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with the People Team to refine processes, enhance employee experiences, and contribute to team initiatives

 

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of English (B2)
  • Knowledge of the Polish language
  • Proactive approach and positive attitude in teamwork situations
  • Background in multicultural environments will be beneficial
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Competency in basic analysis and problem-solving
  • Flexibility to meet deadlines
  • Positive mindset and capacity to learn
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion
