Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong command of English, with excellent writing and editing skills tailored for social media (native-level fluency preferred).
• Proven experience in managing Twitter/X accounts for tech, blockchain, fintech, or crypto-related brands.
• Ability to create engaging, concise, and impactful content optimized for Twitter’s fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of Twitter trends, hashtags, communities, and algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Skilled in Twitter Analytics, scheduling tools, and growth strategies (e.g., follower acquisition, community building).
• Ability to produce both real-time posts (e.g., market news, announcements) and planned content calendars.
• Familiarity with crypto/fintech jargon and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, engaging way.
• Strong sense of tone-of-voice adaptation: professional yet approachable, aligned with Darkex’s brand identity.
• Experience in running Twitter campaigns, threads, polls, and spaces for audience engagement.
• Analytical mindset: able to track performance metrics (impressions, CTR, engagement rates) and optimize accordingly.
• Team player with the ability to coordinate with marketing, PR, and design teams for cohesive campaigns.
• Creativity and agility to respond quickly to market trends, viral content, and crisis communication.
