About Your Role

As our new SVP, Nordic Head of Enterprise Sales, you will spearhead our overall enterprise sales strategy across the Nordics. This is a strategic role with a clear mandate: set the commercial direction, unify local approaches, and strengthen our position as the trusted digital infrastructure partner for the region’s largest companies.

Working through local enterprise sales leaders and covering more than a hundred employees in the Nordics, you’ll ensure markets are aligned and that commercial priorities are transparent and structured. You’ll guide how we segment, plan, and allocate resources, while making sure that we present one strong, unified voice to the market. In the intersection between leadership, sales, and commercial realities, you will lead the continued efforts to grow the business!

This is what you will be doing most of the days:

  • Execute and optimize a Pan-Nordic enterprise sales strategy focused on continued growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Lead and inspire local sales teams, instilling a culture of energy, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with important stakeholders across products, delivery, operations, and commercial while staying agile to market dynamics and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring long-term loyalty and success, and partake in important and business critical client engagements and negotiations to ensure senior leadership buy-in and commitment.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a senior commercial leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. You are skilled at designing and optimizing a Pan-Nordic sales strategy that drives acquisition, expansion, and retention, while setting ambitious growth targets and using market insights to stay ahead of competitors. You bring a proven ability to build and nurture high-performing sales cultures across multiple countries, inspiring teams with energy, collaboration, and accountability, while also leading by example through deal shaping, sales coaching, and direct customer engagement.

As a leader, you know how to develop and mentor teams, instilling ownership and urgency, and creating an environment where people thrive, grow, and consistently exceed expectations. You are highly customer-centric, cultivating strong relationships with enterprise clients and acting as their trusted advisor, ensuring our solutions are positioned as critical to their success. At the same time, you bring operational discipline: driving forecasting accuracy, segmentation, territory alignment, and governance, while partnering with Finance and Sales Excellence to ensure sustainable growth.

Above all, you are passionate about building a winning enterprise sales engine for the Nordics, with the ability to translate vision into measurable goals and results.

To Succeed In This Role, We Believe You Have

  • 15+ years in senior sales leadership, preferably in telecom, ICT, or digital infrastructure, with Pan-Nordic or international experience where you have gained a deep understanding of Enterprise customer needs, trends, and ambitions for the future.
  • A proven ability to build results-driven sales teams across the Nordics inspiring, developing, and leading high-performance sales teams across geographies and cultures.
  • Strong execution focus with a track record of exceeding ambitious targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one Nordic language.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills, with cultural sensitivity, negotiation expertise, and proven success in C-level stakeholder management.
