About the Role

This Project Manager position is designed for an experienced professional with a strong background in end-to-end project delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. The role requires a mid-to-senior level individual, ideally holding a PMP certification, who excels at managing complex projects from initiation through execution and closure. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all project objectives are achieved within defined scope, schedule, and budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction. This role has a significant impact on organizational success by driving project outcomes that align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for multiple simultaneous projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, risk management strategies, and detailed budgets.
• Monitor project progress against established milestones, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage project budgets meticulously, tracking expenditures, forecasting costs, and ensuring financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership, providing regular status updates and managing expectations.
• Oversee the procurement and management of project resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and third-party contractors.
• Implement and enforce project management best practices, methodologies (such as PMBOK or Agile frameworks), and quality standards to drive consistent project outcomes.
• Conduct post-project evaluations, capturing lessons learned and contributing to continuous improvement of project management processes.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to junior project staff as needed.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience managing multiple, concurrent projects of varying complexity, preferably in a mid-to-large scale organizational environment.
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a preference for PMP certification or equivalent.
• Demonstrated expertise in budget development, financial tracking, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Experience with risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to analyze project data, generate reports, and present findings to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with change management principles and the ability to guide teams through organizational transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred; other relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, CAPM, Agile/Scrum) are advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on project management experience, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Continuing professional development in project management methodologies and tools is desirable.
