Role Project Manager
Experience 7-11 Years

Technical Skills Primary
7-11 years of experience in IT Project Management or Production Support Management
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes Incident Problem Change
Experience with ticketing tools ServiceNow JIRA or similar
Ability to work with cross functional teams infra DBAs monitoring app dev
Knowledge of DevOps CICD pipelines not hands-on but conceptually
Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY
Cloud Azure Understanding of resource groups VMs storage networking identity management
Datadog monitoring Ability to interpret dashboardsalerts
Soft Skills
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination experience
Experience in setting up and managing production support teams
Design a structured production support model L1 L2 L3 and escalation paths
Define the roles and responsibilities within the support team
Establish SLAs KPIs and key success metrics for support efficiency
Document the incident management Change management and escalation process for all levels
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for the support platform eg ticketing system monitoring tools knowledge base
Define a cutover plan to transition from project implementation to steady state support
Manage the hyper care phase ensuring rapid incident resolution and knowledge transfer
Identify opportunities for process improvements automation and proactive monitoring
Ensure business analysts BAs are integrated into L2 support for business related clarifications
Coordinate with vendors internal IT teams and business units to ensure smooth execution
Ensure a feedback loop is in place to continuously improve support processes
Communicate project status risks and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders
Organize regular governance meetings and track action items
3 qualifying questions from the practice for each role for TA to qualify the candidates for L1
1 Do you have experience managing end to end IT projects onsite including coordination with cross functional teams and stakeholders
2Have you worked with project management methodologies such as Agile Waterfall or Hybrid and used tools like JIRA MS Project or similar
3Can you share an example of how you have handled project risks dependencies or escalations while working onsite with clients or internal teams
