Remote but must live in either Eastern or Central time zone.
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Scrum Master with deep expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Agile delivery to lead multiple scrum teams focused on automation, AI, and healthcare/pharmacy-related initiatives. This role is not for Agile coaches — we need a true practitioner who can roll up their sleeves and drive execution across the SDLC.
You will be the front gate to a large pharmacy services and healthcare company, collaborating with product leads, BAs, and project managers to intake requests, build business cases, and launch automation solutions that reduce manual effort and increase value delivery. This role will support 4 teams onshore and offshore. Must be able to support offshore meetings early in the mornings - Preferred candidate to be on EST or CST time zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage 4 concurrent scrum teams consisting of developers, BAs, product leads, and technical leads.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos).
- Ensure teams are delivering high-quality automation solutions aligned with business goals.
- Drive delivery of RPA solutions using software robots to automate repetitive tasks.
- Expand automation capabilities into AI and agentic AI domains.
- Collaborate with development teams (onshore and offshore) to implement scalable automation frameworks.
- Help build business cases, introduce services, and identify automation opportunities.
- Partner with project managers to initiate SDLC processes and secure funding.
- Coach teams transitioning from waterfall to Agile methodologies.
- Train teams on Azure DevOps (ADO) for reporting and backlog management (potential migration to Jira).
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5–7 years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- 10+ years total experience in IT, product delivery, or automation.
- Proven experience managing multiple scrum teams simultaneously.
- Strong background in RPA tools and frameworks (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Familiarity with AI-driven automation and emerging agentic AI technologies.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), and automation lifecycle.
- Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO); Jira experience a plus.
- Strong reporting and backlog management skills.
- Experience in healthcare or pharmacy domains is highly preferred.
- Ability to identify automation opportunities in clinical, operational, or retail pharmacy workflows.
Compensation: 58-62/hr
