About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Product Designer – UI/UX Expert who can combine design expertise with strategic product thinking. This role goes beyond creating beautiful interfaces — you will be responsible for crafting end-to-end product experiences, aligning design with business goals, user needs, and technology capabilities.

You’ll collaborate closely with BD, Developers, Project Managers, and Product Teams to deliver high-impact digital experiences across web, mobile, and product platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design lifecycle — from research and discovery to wireframes, prototypes, final UI, and testing.
• Conduct user research, usability studies, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Translate business objectives and product strategies into intuitive user flows and scalable design systems.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to quickly validate design ideas.
• Perform UI/UX audits and testing to optimize customer journeys and improve conversions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are executed with high fidelity and performance.
• Work with business and strategy teams to align product features with market trends and user needs.
• Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms.
• Stay updated on emerging design patterns, product design tools, and UX best practices.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Deliver 5–7 high-impact product/web design projects annually.
• Improve conversion metrics and user engagement through design iterations.
• Successfully conduct user testing & feedback loops for every major product release.
• Ensure design system adoption and consistency across teams.

Skills & Expertise Required

• Core UI/UX Expertise: Prototyping, Wireframing, User Research, Visual Design.
• Product Design Skills:
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business requirements into design and product features.
• Experience with design thinking & user-centered design methodologies.
• Technical Awareness: HTML, CSS, backend logic familiarity, and SEO fundamentals.
• Analytical Tools: Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity (for behavior insights).
• Communication: Strong presentation and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders.
• Mindset: Problem-solving, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative.

Tools Expertise:

• Primary: Figma, Adobe XD, FigJam (for collaborative whiteboarding).
• Secondary: Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Miro.
• General Productivity: Google Docs, Sheets, Slides | MS Office Suite.
