Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst (6–8 years) to design, build, and support advanced Power BI dashboards, develop robust ETL pipelines, and enable self-serve analytics for multiple business areas, including Supply Chain, Cost Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Finance, HR, Workforce Planning, and Clinical Operations. This role combines hands-on BI development with strong data engineering skills and the ability to coach analysts and empower business users.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst (6–8 years) to design, build, and support advanced Power BI dashboards, develop robust ETL pipelines, and enable self-serve analytics for multiple business areas, including Supply Chain, Cost Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Finance, HR, Workforce Planning, and Clinical Operations. This role combines hands-on BI development with strong data engineering skills and the ability to coach analysts and empower business users.
Your Role And Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models for cross-functional business reporting.
- Develop and optimize data queries from the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and other systems.
- Normalize, transform, and integrate data to support both managed reporting and self-serve BI.
- Design reusable, governed datasets and provide training to help stakeholders adopt self-serve analytics confidently.
- Develop and maintain ETL workflows using Alteryx, Informatica, and MS Azure Data Factory.
- Apply advanced analytics and basic data science techniques for forecasting, costing, and workforce planning.
- Review work from junior analysts, provide coaching, and support enterprise data education initiatives.
Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6–8 years in data analytics, BI development, or data engineering.
- Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and designing self-service reporting solutions.
- Solid SQL skills and experience working with EDW.
- Proficiency with Alteryx, Informatica, and MS Azure Data Factory for ETL.
- Understanding of HR, Finance, Supply Chain, or Clinical data domains is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
