About the role
We’re looking for an organised and proactive People & Operations Coordinator to support our People Manager with a wide range of day-to-day HR and office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career - whether you’ve recently graduated, are looking to get your foot into HR, or a have a few years experience already. We’re offering the chance to grow within a fast-paced, people-first business, with funding for a CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification to support your development.
This role will give you hands-on experience across the full HR lifecycle, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as you grow.
What you'd be doing day-to-day
- Assisting the People Manager with everyday HR admin and employee support
- Managing and updating HR data and records
- Helping to run payroll accurately and on time
- Booking travel, organising office supplies, and supporting day-to-day office operations
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Helping with internal recruitment coordination
- Assisting in setting up training sessions for staff development
- Supporting our DE&I initiatives and contributing to a more inclusive workplace
What we're looking for
- Someone highly organised, reliable and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- A genuine interest in HR, operations, people, and culture
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Confident using tools like Excel and Outlook, and happy to learn new systems
- A great communicator who enjoys working with people across all levels
- No formal HR experience is needed - but any relevant exposure (e.g. admin or office roles) is a plus
- Someone who sees this as a long-term career path - we want you to grow with us
