Full Stack Engineer (React/Ruby) I AI Project

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our client's collaborative Sydney engineering team. You’ll work across the stack, solving challenging problems, building features end-to-end, and scaling products that safeguard millions of users globally.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Ruby on Rails (backend) and modern JavaScript frameworks (frontend)
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features from concept to deployment
• Write clean, tested, and maintainable code
• Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement of our codebase and infrastructure
• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments
• Stay on top of emerging technologies to improve product performance and security

What You’ll Bring:

• 2–4 years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development
• Experience with front-end technologies such as React and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern deployment pipelines (CI/CD, Docker, AWS)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
• Interest or experience in security or defence tech is a plus
