The Opportunity

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior iOS Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites, offering valuable insights from the people who know best—the employees and candidates who have been there. The client serves customers worldwide, and a growing community spans 20 countries, where companies and talent can tap into market-specific insights to find the right fit. The company helps employees, job seekers, employers, and recruiters find and share information about companies and jobs, including company reviews, interview questions, office photos, salary details, and information to make career decisions.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience with iOS development and good knowledge of Swift.
• Extensive experience in SwiftUI and Combine.
• Strong understanding of the iOS platform, including APIs, frameworks, and tools.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• At least an upper-intermediate level of English.
• Ready to work closer to ETA hours (until 3 pm or 4 pm EST).

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality iOS applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Collaborate with the design team to implement attractive and intuitive user interfaces.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends and best practices in iOS development.
