Web Designer - SEO focused

Remote position- From Buenos Aires, Argentina

RYZ Labs is seeking a skilled SEO-focused Web Designer to build high-performing marketing pages and assets for one of our clients. Our client is a pioneering company revolutionizing how micro-business owners transform their crafting passions into thriving businesses. . You will own the creation of SEO-driven pages—resource hubs, landing pages, infographics, tools, and guides—primarily using Webflow and Unbounce, ensuring they are fast, accessible, on-brand, and optimized to rank and convert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, build, and launch SEO-focused pages in Webflow and Unbounce (templates, components, CMS collections)
• Create compelling visual assets and simple interactive tools/guides that attract links and improve rankings
• Implement on-page SEO best practices: keyword mapping, semantic structure (H1–H3), metadata, alt text, internal linking, schema, clean URLs
• Optimize for Core Web Vitals and mobile performance (image/video optimization, lazy loading, minification)
• Turn briefs and keyword research into scalable page templates and resources
• Maintain a lightweight design system and component library to speed production while staying on brand
• QA across browsers/devices; ensure accessibility and WCAG compliance
• Measure and report performanc SEO tools; iterate based on data
• Manage publishing workflows, redirects, and sitemaps
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years in web design/production for marketing sites or landing pages with a portfolio of SEO-driven work
• Strong Webflow experience and Unbounce landing page builds
• Ecommerce experience
• Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals: search intent, on-page optimization, internal linking, basic technical SEO, and schema
• Attention to detail, good organizational skills and ability to ship quickly with high quality
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Figma (or similar) and basic HTML/CSS; comfort adding light JS or no-code integrations when needed
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (VWO/Optimizely) and heatmaps/session replay (Hotjar/Clarity)
• Working knowledge of Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization
• Experience with GA4 and Google Search Console; familiarity with Ahrefs/SEMrush or similar
• Understanding of CRO best practices and form/lead capture flows
