As a Junior Infrastructure Engineer, you won’t just be maintaining systems, you’ll be part of building and evolving the backbone of our platform, used daily by thousands of financial professionals.

We run a modern stack: Kubernetes for orchestration, ArgoCD for GitOps-driven deployments, Terraform for infrastructure as code, and a full suite of monitoring and logging tools, giving us automation and visibility into how everything runs. Our main infrastructure runs on-prem in our own datacenter, but we also leverage cloud services like GCP where it makes sense, giving you the chance to learn the foundations of infrastructure engineering in depth.

What You Will Do

  • Learn and grow in a team that values hands-on experience.
  • Contribute to the automation, scalability, and reliability of our infrastructure.
  • Go from idea → MVP → production with your own improvements.
  • Work with our modern tech stack, including Kubernetes, infrastructure as code,
  • and observability tools.
  • Collaborate with other engineers to learn best practices in DevOps and Infrastructure design.

What We’re Looking For

  • A recent graduate (or soon-to-be) in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
  • Some familiarity with Linux, containers, or scripting languages (Bash, Python, Ansible, …).
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn modern infrastructure technologies.
  • A mindset of ownership: you like to experiment, improve things, and see them through.
  • Someone with the ability to adapt quickly, stay positive under pressure, and see challenges as opportunities to grow.
