YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a strategic and user-focused Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of innovative solutions that drive business value. This role involves defining and communicating the product vision, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to build and prioritize the product backlog. The ideal candidate will be skilled at translating user needs into actionable stories, ensuring clear acceptance criteria, and continuously gathering feedback to enhance product performance and impact.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role

• Define and communicate the product vision to guide development efforts.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from roadmap creation to post-release feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to build and manage the product backlog and roadmap.
• Prioritize features and user stories to align with business value and user needs.
• Ensure user stories are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria and supporting documentation.
• Engage with users to gather insights and ensure product capabilities deliver measurable value.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years as a Product Owner in the P&C insurance industry, with strong domain expertise and a proven track record of delivering products on time.
• Solid technical product knowledge, with experience or interest in Gen AI technologies.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with the ability to manage backlogs, prioritize features, and drive value-focused delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with a creative and innovative mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, enabling effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
