New opportunity available for a Senior IT Program/Project Manager to lead a variety of transformative technology projects focused on IT application and cloud integration projects as well as Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central or Data & Analytics initiatives within a growing digital environment. The role centers on managing complex cross-functional programs with significant impact on cloud-based and operational platforms.

Role Overview

The Senior IT Project Manager takes responsibility for driving full project lifecycles, from planning through to delivery, working with technical and business stakeholders to achieve outcomes within scope and budget. This position requires coordination with internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective resource allocation, risk mitigation, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including planning, scheduling, and budget management.
• Develop comprehensive project scopes, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development, business analysis, and systems teams.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and validate user stories with business experts.
• Proactively identify risks, address challenges, and uphold quality assurance processes.
• Regularly communicate project updates through reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to IT governance, security, and data privacy policies.

Profile Requirements

• At least 10 years’ hands-on experience in senior IT project or program management.
• Accredited in project management methodologies (PMP, Scrum Master, Prince2).
• Strong business analysis background and proven track record leading IT application and cloud integration projects.
• Experience implementing new technical services and transitioning support to teams across IT and business functions.
• Skilled in project delivery under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.
• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Azure DevOps, and automation platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
