providing internal audit services as an external service provider. The company ensures high service

quality through its professional team of internal auditors and experts specializing in anti-money laundering, sanctions, data protection, finance, IT, and other areas crucial for financial institutions.

Requirements

• Legal work experience in labor law and data protection;
• Higher education in law;
• Strong internal motivation to work and develop professionally;
• Excellent professional proficiency in Lithuanian and English;
• Experience with ICT/IT/IP would be an advantage;
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Independently work with clients and represent them;
• Draft legal documents, such as procedural documents, consultations, and opinions;
• Advise business clients and provide other support in handling tasks assigned by the client;
• Prepare contracts, internal company documents, and other legal documents.
