We're looking for two (2) talented AI/ML Engineers to join our growing team and help shape the future of our AI Automation Platform. What You’ll Do

• Build an automation platform which is scalable for all the AI use cases.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions and agent-based systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, and platform engineers.
• Contribute to the evolution of our AI automation platform, ensuring robustness, performance, and maintainability.
• Explore and implement state-of-the-art techniques in machine learning, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems.
• Participate in architectural decisions and help define best practices for AI engineering across the organization.
• Implement and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to enable persistent, context-aware agent behavior across workflows.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in software development, Machine learning ideally with a focus on AI, automation, or intelligent agents.
• Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
• Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Workato, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) and frameworks for agent orchestration such as LangChain, Vextex AI Agent Builder, or OpenAgents.
• Hands-on experience with vibe-coding, prompt engineering, and designing agent workflows.
• Understanding of scalable system design and distributed computing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Bonus: Experience with agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, or orchestration platforms.
