Senior Cloud IoT Engineer - Helsinki - Healthcare

Our product development company within the medical industry are seeking a talented Senior Cloud IoT Engineer to join their team.

Our client provides a unique service for professional home care organisations that offers quality and cost benefits. This ensures home customers receive the right medication at the right time and in the right dose automatically.

Responsibilities

• Be a part of a cloud team that will eventually consist of 6 developers with testers and designers.
• Specifying, designing, developing, refactoring and documenting secure, reliable, scalable and well-documented cloud software
• Debug and investigate found defects
• Participate in prioritization discussions
• Co-operation with colleagues over team/organization/role limits
• Mindset for agile ways of working and continuous improvement
• Ensure data flows efficiently and is utilized optimally.

Requirements

• Practical development experience in IoT solution development, including device management (IoT Core or similar), communication protocols (MQTT, HTTPS/TLS) and security (practical understanding of basics of encryption/PKI).
• AWS experience
• Profieciency in Python
• Hands-on experience in data streaming, warehousing and analyzing solutions and analysing solutions using Kinesis or similar.
