Senior UX Researcher

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher who will play a key role in shaping user-centered design strategies by uncovering actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative research. As a UX Researcher, you will work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure our products meet real user needs — especially in complex B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct user research using a variety of methods (interviews, usability tests, surveys, etc.)
• Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights for design and product teams
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to inform design decisions with real user data
• Explore and analyze complex user flows, especially in B2B applications
• Assist in defining and improving information architecture and overall user journeys
• Synthesize data from multiple sources (research, analytics, feedback) to guide product decisions
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and storytelling
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UX research, preferably in digital product teams or tech-driven environments
• Experience with both generative and evaluative research methods
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and identify usability issues
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, Dovetail, Maze, or Lookback is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, or a related field
