Responsibilities
Requirements
- Provide expert-level technical support for complex enterprise network environments
- Design, implement, and optimize network solutions across various industries
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical network issues, ensuring minimal downtime
- Lead high-priority network projects, including Tech-Refresh initiatives
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and critical network escalations
- Perform network maintenance, including security configurations, patches, and upgrades
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability reviews on network infrastructure
- Monitor and analyze network performance, recommending improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex network issues
- Provide detailed reports and presentations on network status and performance
- Extensive experience in enterprise-level network design, implementation, and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative network solutions
- Excellent communication abilities, adept at explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality network support in demanding environments
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging network technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in information security or cybersecurity
- Expert knowledge of security technologies (firewalls, EDR, SIEM, IAM, encryption)
- Strong understanding of common attack vectors and defense strategies
- Professional certifications preferred (CISSP, CEH, Security+, GIAC certifications)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container security
- Proficiency in security scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques
- Strong incident response and threat hunting skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with compliance frameworks and security standards
