Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamic 365 CE Technical specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will will take end to end ownership of the Dynamics 365 existing

configuration/new implementation and be responsible for the scope of the project. and work

closely with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and technical environment to achieve optimal solution.

Qualifications:·Bilingual (English and Arabic) speaker is a Must.

·3-5 years Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation/configuration experience.

·Excellent communication skills: ability to interact with all levels of employees.

·The ideal candidate will have familiarity with .Net programming experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.

Added advantage if candidate have following skills.

·Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements; create demonstrations to provide proof of concept; plan and assist the team in drafting statements of work to include estimation of effort/cost.

·Conduct hands-on configuration of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Filed service.

·Build positive client relationships by developing an understanding of the client’s business processes.

·Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets, and complete project tasks within budget and to customer satisfaction.

·Perform requirements gathering, Business Process Analysis.

·Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation.

·Deliver presentations to all levels of management.
