About the job:

Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
Collaborate with consultants, solution architects, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into mobile solutions.
Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party SDKs.
Implement secure authentication and regulatory-compliant features relevant to banking & financial services.
Ensure high performance, scalability, and responsive UI/UX across Android & iOS.
Write clean, testable code and contribute to automated testing frameworks.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and client-facing workshops.
Stay updated with latest mobile, fintech, and security trends.
Strong knowledge of state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, MobX).
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and secure authentication flows (OAuth2, JWT, biometrics).
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and app distribution (Play Store/App Store).
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

You:

3–6 years of experience in Flutter & Dart mobile app development.
Exposure to banking/fintech applications or other mission-critical apps.
Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise).
Experience working in client-facing consulting projects.
Understanding of compliance, security, and regulatory frameworks in financial services.
