Network Engineer

Key duties:

• Cisco switch configuration
• Network cabinet building and refurbishment
• Installation of UPS
• Cabling maintenance (physically installing switches, routers, etc.)
• Monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, and executing upgrades
• Liaise with management teams, third-line engineers, and service desk engineers on a regular basis

Further details:

• Sophos firewall configuration
• Experience in the public sector is preferable
• Full UK Driving Licence to enable travel to various sites
• Sporadic weekend availability may be necessary
• WFH days are available when possible
