About the Role

Join a state government organisation as a Project Manager and be responsible for a substantial portfolio of programs and projects to design and deliver the agreed scope of the high level digital Transformation program. These initiatives will shape the future-state health care ecosystem, enabling the outcomes and benefits outlined in the organisation's 10-year Digital Health Transformation strategy.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in advanced project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery in the Healthcare space.
• Experience in healthcare systems and service environments is mandatory
• Strong capability in project controls within complex ICT or digital health programs involving diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), including MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
• Skilled in financial forecasting and reporting in multi-stakeholder settings.
• High-level strategic, analytical, and creative thinking with adaptability to change.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and negotiate effectively.
