HR Specialist

In the middle of 2019, the RBTF Nonprofit Organization project was launched.

The aim of this project was to protect our environment and provide emergency medical assistance in emergency situations and crisis areas. With the beginning of the war in Ukraine on February 24, 2022, a new important aspect was added, the point global defense.

The reason for this project are the more and more increasing dramatic problems on our planet.

RBTF NGO of Enviromental Protection - Medical rescue and Gloabl Defence MTÜ needs you as an HR specialist. We want to expand our community, and we need you for this

These are your tasks

• You grow the community by looking for new volunteers, advertise positions and conduct interviews
• You draw up contracts with volunteers and do the induction with them
• You design training courses in our Moodle LMS on the topic of HR
• You actively shape the HR area and continuously improve it
