Why This Role is Right for You

As a Product Manager (Legacy POS, LAKA,VAS) you’ll step into an exciting opportunity to grow within Nexi while contributing to our mission of redefining digital payments. Based in Milan, you’ll be responsible for the evolution of Nexi’s POS terminals and Value Addes Services, defining the requirements in accordance with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, marketing, sales and business stakeholders in general, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. In addition, you will be involved, as a subject matter expert, in supporting Large Accounts presales and delivery processes.

About Your Future Role

In this position, you will:

• Take care of the end-to-end process of design, build and launch of new products and value-added services based on POS terminals.
• Identify products and technology available on the market, to satisfy business requirements and define their adaptation to company needs, interacting with Vendors and external Partners
• Address and validate feasibility studies, risks and release plans of assigned initiatives
• Monitor product quality, both in terms of time-to-market and customer satisfaction
• Handle communication and relationships with project stakeholders (requesting departments, internal factories, both regional and group-level, HW/SW vendors) and corporate management, both at domestic and European level

Essential Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of physical EFT-POS terminals, virtual and SW-based systems, related architectures, standards.
• Excellent knowledge of product lifecycle and project management methodologies and best practices.
• Knowledge of possible integrations between payment systems and business information systems, LAN and cloud-based architectures, omnichannel services, back-end APIs
• Business processes analysis/design
• Proficiency in English language, both in writing on complex topics and conversation including highly conflictual situations
  
  

Bonus Skills

• Experience as Product Manager preferably in the payment terminals domain,
• Degree in Engineering or similar
