Marquardt Romania, located in Sibiu and owned by the German Marquardt Group, specializes in high-end mechatronics. Marquardt Sibiu employs 1,600 professionals across two factories, focusing on Human Machine Interface and Entry Authorization Systems. The site also houses a Research & Development Center, established in 2008, notable for its international expertise in Human-Machine Interface.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sibiu for a Matlab and ANSI C Software Expert. The role involves developing and testing software primarily using Matlab and ANSI C, working on control systems and automotive applications. Daily tasks include designing algorithms, implementing software modules, conducting simulations, and performing code reviews. Collaboration with other R&D departments to enhance system performance and ensure software quality is also a key aspect of this position.

• Proficiency in Matlab and ANSI C
• Experience in software development and testing, especially in control systems and automotive applications
• Strong algorithm design and simulation skills
• Ability to conduct code reviews and ensure software quality
• Collaboration and teamwork skills, especially within R&D environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with electronics and mechatronics is a plus
